Endurance Recharge Stacking
Any one know?
This is from Wiki:
Endurance is the resource used to dodge incoming attacks to evade them. The endurance pool is shown as a yellow bar just above the health orb.
Each dodge requires 50 endurance, meaning that most characters (who have 100 endurance) can dodge twice in a row; the exception is the thief elite specialization the Daredevil, who has a total of 150 endurance. Endurance regenerates over time, at a base rate of 5% per second and a max rate 10% per second.

I’m not 100% sure but I think it stacks but it stacks like damage amplifiers…
Damage multipliers combine in a multiplicative fashion rather than additive; i.e. they stack on top of each other instead of being calculated separately. For example, the Superior Sigil of Force (5%), Superior Sigil of the Night (10%), a 10% trait, a 20% trait and the (6) bonus of the Superior Rune of the Scholar (10%) combine for a final damage bonus of 1.05 * 1.1 * 1.1 * 1.2 * 1.1 ? 1.677 or approximately 67.7%.

Have a search on wiki, you might have more luck than I did.
….. And Elementalist.
If you had clicked just one article further, you would have found the answer. Or if OP had consulted the wiki in the first place.
Vigor is a boon that increases the endurance regeneration rate, allowing affected targets to dodge more frequently. Vigor stacks with other endurance-regeneration effects (such as traits and signets) up to a maximum of 100% bonus regeneration rate.
Thank you for the Vigor link. It does not however answer whether or not Food endurance buffing will stack with the boon and traits, although I suspect ( and hope ) that it does.
