Is there a way to turn off dead enemy name plates?

The reason I asked is that I am a grenade engineer. I spend a lot of time throwing grenades at enemy players. So much that I fear my left ring finger may never be the same again

It is hard sometimes in large engagments because there are so many dead players laying around and I waste throw after throw that would be better served in other positions.

Tab does not help with grenades by the way for anyone that has not played an Engy. Grenades are a ground aimed throw that does not auto attack.

I don’t really want to turn all the name plates off, but it is getting to that point.

I know it is a small thing, just wondering if anyone else had any tips they use.
