For Bitterfrost, once I do the story I can enter the area with any character. For Lake Doric, however, it isn’t letting me enter. It seems I have to do the first mission to get a character in there. I did it on a couple characters and I really tired of it, I have a lot of characters.

Is there any way to enter the area without having to do the story on every character?

yea, just like map 1, 2, and 5 you can enter map 4 by buying a scroll at the Unbound Magic merchant of that map. Just visit the place with a character who unlocked it, and buy the teleport scroll. You can then give the scroll to any character you wish to have to enter the map. I think it’s a permanent (one time buy) item, but I’m not 100% sure about that)
The mechanism was designed so anyone could enter the map freely, but had to do the story at least once before.
