Guild Wars 2

Last night I started an event (Defend Wikk as he calibrates the asura gate) in the POI next to this waypoint, by pressing a button that said “do not press”. Event started, I completed the event (protect the guy while he sealed the portal).

Then another event started. Kill all the animals coming out of the portal. My dilemma…they never stopped coming! I’d kill them down to 5 left…then see the number bump up to 11. Swear I fought this non stop flow for about 5-10 minutes before giving up.

Anyone do this event? Do I have to kill them faster then they spawned?

If its the one I’m thinking of it is a group event and the creatures come through the portal in waves (6 or 7 if I recall) so if you were by yourself I can see how they could start to stack up. Sounds like you made a valiant effort but next time you might want to map chat out for some help.

Seemed like a group event, but it didn’t say it was. I tried /m but I think everyone was in LA for the Halloween stuff lol.
