Just a quick question – are there any karma merchants that sell Exotic Berserker Backpiece & Rings?

List says no. You can craft an exotic backpiece though for cheap with any crafting profession. Not level 80, but pretty okay for the price.

Preferbaly buy ascended trinkets (rings and amulet) with laurels in LA. You can make exotic backpieces and then choose what stats it should have, but if you have guild commmondations then you can buy beserker backpieces at LA at the guild mercant if your guild has unlocked it. Ask if you need more directions.

That’s pretty much what I’m doing, got all the other trinkets in ascended, just short 1 ring + backpiece, so I’m just looking for a temp filler item that I could get with karma so I don’t waste gold.

Still looking for an active guild so the commendations are not an option at this time.

Exotic Backpieces, rings and accessories are available from Temple NPCs in Orr. Keep in mind those are karma items and are NOT salvageable (no cheap way to get back upgrades you add to them).

The crafted level 78 Exotic backpieces are actually better than level 80 exotics you could buy from karma vendors, slightly. You just need to slot them with an appropriate Embellished Jewel (level 65 upgrade) instead of the level 80 jewel, since that can only be slotted into level 80 items. You get the same 2 minor stats as you would from a level 80 exotic, and I think 8 points higher in the major stat (Power in your case).

I mean, you do need to spend some gold on them assuming you don’t already have the mats on hand, but the amount is paltry. Its like, a couple gold. Probably the best you can do.

Ascended rings can be purchased for 10 Pristine fractal Relics and if you use the Dailies 10 of them are not hard to get. Edited to add the word ascended at the beginning of my post

Does the guild have to unlock the specific berzerker stats? I checked the guild commendation merchant and it only had assassins,defender and care taker.
