Hi, i’m after an exotic back piece (I have a rare) but unsure where to get one?

Are fractals the only place to get them (ingredients for ascended)?

Lyssia Iceblood of Gandara – I sometimes win… but not often :-(

you can craft ascended back pieces as well, but fractals easiest place to get one imo
