So I’m about to get to my first level 80 and I I want to buy the human T3 heavy armor. So far I have amassed about 23 gold and so I need to get 96 more gold. Any suggestions on where I can go and farm to get gold?

Running over to Southsun Cove, and heading to the rich Orichalcum vein is simple. Kill some Karkas and Breeze Riders for Karka Shells, Potent Blods and Venoms. Chop down ancient trees along the way. Takes about half an hour, and I usually get about 50 silver from it.

Fractals are good. Usually I range from 1-2 gold a fractal. However, you’ll definitely need to find a decent group or get in a guild for it to be time effective.

I think most people make money through the market though. Watching the prices, buying low, selling high.

If you are cladded in exotics you can do cof p1 farming runs.
Buy an omnomberry bar and find a group that is willing to go for a few hours straight.
You’ll amass about 1-2 gold per hour, with the chance of exotics.
