What’s the best way to farm skill points? I only have about 60 left for my legendary.

I’ve tried CoF Speedfarming, but the DR kicks in and the experience becomes terrible. Meanwhile, WvW seems very unreliable.

Any tips? Thanks!

You could do Fractals of the mist lol. You can buy skill points there.

But to obtain 60 SPs in FoTM costs 2100 tokens. Which is rather expensive, and better used for a backpiece on alts.

Use an XP booster and socket your amulet with the XP infusion. Do events or dungeons with plenty of mobs. Orr would be a good place, AC also has plenty of trash. In FotM you have the added luxury of getting skill points for tokens.

Next update, there’ll also be a scavenger hunt for 5 skill points.

Well I have like +500 skill points left over from general level ups when 100%ing the world and doing dungeon runs. I wish I could give you some.

I second the FotM method. Here you not only get experience from the experience itself, but you also get a drop that nets you an additional return. Stick to level 9 and under to make the most of it, which also makes it easier. Basic Fractal Relics are not hard to come by by any measure.

At level 20, you get 30 from Maw, 8 from each boss (thus x3) and 30 from the run. That’s 84 total. A skill token costs 35. You can get only 2 skill tokens total from that and you save 14 for the next run, so you get an extra one every 3 runs.

Actual XP from the fractals? It never goes beyond 20% of a level, for the whole run.

My suggestion for skill points?
- Play fractals dailies 30-38, 40-48
- Play fast dungeons (once, ’cause the next rewards are low)
- Play wvw

I get around 60 a week this way, playing 4-5 hours a day (spread on all my alts without dungeon-repetition accross alts, but still).
