Fastest Leveling Way
Member of Kaineng
Well realistically crafting would be fastest – you could easily get at least close to 80 in one day, if your eyes don’t start bleeding from boredom. But ya, even just getting waypoints and POIs – great for leveling and unlocking the maps at the same time. You don’t have to do any events. For easy XP, unlock all the POIs and WPs in the major cities
So you can use crafting for up to 80? How much that will cost?

A lot if you have no materials saved up. You could do a couple cheaper ones for part leveling. I thinks chef is cheapest. Check gw2crafts.net. they list exactly what you need and approx cost. A note if you use it…do NOT refresh or close the page cuz it updates like every half hour so ingredients will change.
I have level up my ranger from level 2 to level 80 in 47 hours and 47 minutes just by doing all the hearts in all areas and opening most of the waypoints + doing easy dynamic events. You will earn like this 8 -9 golds too.
So if you have a lot of money to do crafting, then that is fastest way. But if you don’t have money, just explore all the areas and do all hearts
Or you can do the champ train events in Queensdale and get pretty rich at the end selling all the things you get. The leveling rate is 1 level /hour or less. it will feel like a Nascar race with hundreds of laps going from troll, to bandit then oak and spider following up to the boar. From time to time you might take a pit stop route to the wasp.

This, with a caveat:
If you’re going to do this to 80, you will most likely end up brain dead and hunger for money.
