Fastest class and way to level 60

Whats the fastest method to level up from 1-60?
Assuming that the method isn’t crafting.

lv80 with skills fully unlocked, warrior, elementalist and engineer
lv80 Necromancer, all professional skills unlocked, working on the final norn elite skills.

But if this is your first character, I highly recommend you take it slow. GW2 isn’t about rushing to the end, and doing so will only burn you out and leave you clueless at 80. Take your time, explore, and enjoy the process. (EDIT: Well, I’ve seen you around the forums, so this isn’t your first character. But I’ll leave the warning here for any newcomers who read this.)

I already have 3 80’s, I just want to get a bunch of characters up to 60 now.
