I do the dailys and monthlies (pvp). Any faster route?

Do guild missions with a large guild.

Otherwise farm fractals.

Well,

Correct if im wrong but,

Amulet is 20-30 dailys (with monthly)
Rings is 50-70 dailys (with monthlys) or personal fractal level 10 (to have a change to get the ring you want) or 10 pristine relics from daily chests at 10+
Accessories is 60-80 dailies+80 ectos or 4-12 weeks of guild missions+10g
Backpiece is random fractal drop+50-100g (for mats) or random amount of fractals to get 1350 fractal relics.

^^ Amulet is 30 laurels, rings are 35

with a solo character:
20 dailies + monthly = amulet
20 dailies fotm = 2 rings
4 weeks guild missions = accessory
1850 fractal relics = backpack

1 month can be 5/6 ascended, 2 months tops for 6/6

Its pretty much:

• 1 Ascended Ring is 10 fractal relics (doing a Lv.10 and Lv.20 will get it done in 5 days) ring can also drop from fractals too (ive gotton tons to the point i NPC zerker rings)
• 1 Ascended Amulet is 30 laurels (20 days of dailies + monthly)
• 1 Ascended Earring is 40 laurels (30 days of dailies + monthly + 50 Ectoplasms) or about 30 days worth of guild missions + 5g
• 1 Ascended Backpack is 1850 fractals tokens (30-40 level 20 FoTM runs)

Yep, I haven’t done any fractals and I don’t do the daily’s or monthly’s religiously so it’s a long process to get ascended gear. It was mentioned that ascended will be available for badges of honor in the future, of which I have about 5k, but I’m not sure if that means next month in the future or next year in the future.

if your lucky and have lots of money the back item or rings are definitely the fastest, if you get lucky you can get a ring drop on your first level 10 jade maw, or you can get the mist essence drop in the same run and then buy the t6 and ectoplasm to craft a quiver or book.

It is if you have multiple alts.

If you have only 1 toon, it doesn’t feel like a grind. Partly because the stat gain is so minimal. It’s just an upgrade to look forward to.

What I´d like to know how many fractals you need to do to reach level 10 or 20 timewise?

And 6/6 ascended compared to exotics is about 1 item increase in stats(berserk gear is 62 pow 30 prec and 8% crit dmg),so you can count it as bellyring,toering or what ever accessorie you personally prefer.

Well, if you have a good group you can do one run in 1-2 hours, depending on your luck, probably even faster than an hour if you get swamp + ascalon + underwater and run uneven level, so you don’t do the maw, so it’s roughly ~20+ hours to level until 10 and then another 20 o get to 20. You get random ascended ring from daily chest in 4-5 fractal runs, starting from 10, seemingly more often from level 20.

You can get all ascended gear in 1m 20 days per char.

1 ascended earring (12 commadations + 5g) = 6 weeks of bountys (2 comms per week)
1 ascended earring (40 laurels + 12g for 50 ecto) = 4 weeks (with monthly)
1 ascended amulet (30 laurels) = 3 weeks (with monthly)
2 ascended rings (20 pristine relics) = 3 weeks (assuming you are lvl 10+ fractal)
1 back (1850 relics or 1 vial + gold) = ? (depends on fractal lvl or which piece you make via forge)

That’s the 1m and 20 days plan, with full dedication, it’s enough time to get everything. Just do an even # fractal everyday, your guild mission every week, and your dailys & monthlys. It’s so easy, right?

The only grind involved is the 1850 fractal relics which I did once but ain’t gonna repeat for the heck of it, even though I like fractals a lot. After getting my gear there, I’ll just do them for fun.

Doing dailies or guild missions can hardly be considered “grind” in my opinion. Neither takes a whole lot of time.

In the end, it’s all about the idea of progression and not so much about the progression itself.
