“Reduced the number of maximum of stacks of Retaliation allowed to five (was 25). Duration still stacks.”

Can someone explain to me what this means?

skill a applies 10 secs of retaliation
skill b applies 3 secs
combo hit and you get 12 stacks of 4 second each.

you end up with a LOT of retaliation time, which is OP.

with a 5 stack limit, the amount of time the boon can be up is effectively capped. if you have 5 stacks of short durations it wont last as long as if you have 5 stacks of longer durations.
