Ferocity - how important is it?
Precision → increase crit chance
Ferocity → increase crit damage/multiplier
If you are going for a build with power and precision you should be getting ferocity as well. On the other hand if you are getting lv80 gear with power and precision you are mostly going to get ferocity anyway.
If you are looking for pure DPS, it’s quite important.
If you are wanting to maximize crits for triggering traits, then not as much.
As stated above, if you are pursuing Berserker meta, it’s built in.

Ferocity is what used to be Crit Damage.
For a power build Ferocity is very important since it is a multiplier.

It only multiplies if a CRIT occurs and power has no relation to that chance.
Are you maybe meaning a Zerker build (or possibly Assassin) rather than Power build?

Yeah, by power I actually meant glass cannon power build, ferocity only matter if you have precision enough to back it up.
