I have been farming theese a couple of days and i found an nice place to get many kinds of tier 2 items witch is Holystone Caves in Diessa Plateau

Tier 3 items can be found in Tanglerot Hills by the harpies and grifoons and creatures around there you will find around 50 vial of blood at the harpies per hour there
