So I have finished map completion to 100% and I have finished all the explorer achievements. I have been all the way through the chantry of secrets but I have not gotten the reward. Is there one last thing that I am missing or did I bug it somehow??

The achievements that I have completed are:
Been there done that
Ascalon explorer
Shiverpeak " "
Orr " "
Maguuma " "
Krytan " "

The achievements don’t actually indicate your progress in the areas. They only count how many sections of the map have been uncovered, not the exploration objectives.

Ok… But I still have finished the map 100%….

Sounds like you discovered all locations to appear on your map, but did you do Hearts/Points of Interests/Vistas/Skill Points of each zone? WvW counts as well for 100% world completion.

I’m sorry what I mean by finishing the map 100% is hearts/POIs/ ect. thats what been there done that is.

Looks like a bug. Send a support ticket and wait for a few weeks. Then maybe someone will take pity on you and send you the rewards.

On wiki – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Map_completion – Some players report that they did not receive the reward when they obtained the world completion achievement. For some, revisiting the Chantry of Secrets resolved the issue. A few were able to work around the issue by by revisiting every map on the required list. If you encounter this issue and are not able to fix it on your own, you will have to contact ArenaNet support.

I would try the Chantry 1 more time just to make sure, log off & back on too, otherwise hope you get your reward soon and goodluck.
