So… I have a First Birthday Gift lying around in my bank, I forgot who it was from, tried all my characters and none of them can open it. I remember a couple months back I deleted characters to make room for more, but totally forgot about from who it was. I’m pretty sure I open every gift I obtain.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I already posted a couple of tickets (A COUPLE), from about 2 months ago until now.

Posting multiple tickets will just slow down your process.

And even when they respond they will most likely just say: “We can’t do anything” simply because that is standard procedure. They don’t replace items or such that you have knowingly deleted.

Since it’s locked to a deleted character, then I don’t think support can help. The threads I’ve seen in the past haven’t been able to unlock it. You’ll probably end up having to delete it.

Truthfully a soulbound first year present, you might as well delete it. You already have the mini. All that’s left is a level 20 scroll and a booster. It’s not worth letting it sit there, imo.

Never mind the gift mate, how do you store anything in this tiny bank???

If you deleted the character it’s assigned to, you are just going to have to destroy it (to remove it from storage).

Not sure Support can (or will) help you., but it can’t hurt to discuss the issue with them….good luck.
