Flamekissed armor set

Can anyone tell me that with the new wardrobe in the game if I buy the flamekissed armor set with gems can I use the skins on multiple armor sets or just a one time use on each slot?

My fire elementalist wears the set. The individual items are available for my other characters to use, although I haven’t.

You’ll get one set of skins to use once for free like you used to.

But it will also be added to the wardrobe and from there you can apply it to any other characters armor for 1 transmutation charge per piece.
