Does anyone know how to embed a youtube video into the forums

I saw another post on this before and I believe that the format for this forum does not allow for Youtube videos. You will need to simply provide the link in your post.

But the problem is I’ve seen quite a few people embedding videos on these forums in posts.
Surely there must be someone kind enough out there to share.
