Guild Wars 2

I used to be able to see when an event was happening from the gw2 wiki but now that it’s megaserver, how can I tell when the event will begin? I want to unlock this trait in fields of ruin but it’s not on dulfy’s event timer and the server-based event timers don’t work anymore.

I’ve also heard this is bugged? Is it pointless to even try?

From previous forum posts, it does appear to be chronically bugged.

As to when it starts, it does so as a regular event. Which means it will start periodically then sit or proceed depending on whether or not there are players.

This is the start of it, speaking to the NPC.
“Speak to Scout Tahiri on the south side of Sapper’s Delve to start the assault.”
