The question is simple: can i get the daily reward(the extra chest after maw) for higher fotm level than i am. For example, i’m level 5 – can i get the daily reward(pristine relic, and a chance for ring drop) if i do level 10 fractal?

No, you can’t. You only get rewards equal to your personal level. If you do a level 10, while at personal lvl 5, you won’t get the pristine relic or chance for a ring, however, you will still gain a personal level.
