I bought the Expansion Heart of Thorns in June understanding that there would be a free character slot but so far no sign of one. was I wrong?

Did you buy and activate the original game before the PAX South announcement? Did you buy HoT and activate it before the game went live? If so, you should get it within a week.

Need to make a support ticket if you think you should have free slot and did not get since you say you have HoT in June. Link at top of page.

For the original game it is not just before the announcement but it had to be before January 23rd 2015.

Okay, the day before the announcement was made at PAX South.

Since both questions was yes then they tend to push out the vet slots once a week. I just got mine sometime in the last few days but I didn’t notice when.

Now if you activated HoT more than a week ago, you should contact support.
