Q:
So I forgot the password to my free account. Not surprising since I hardly ever play it and made sure to make the password something totally different to all my regular ones. I have a general idea what it is, but of course that’s not good enough.
I tried to use the ‘Forgot My Password’ option on the launcher but it wants the serial number, and as far as I can tell from the emails I got when I set it up I don’t have one.
Am I missing something, or is there no way to use this option for free accounts?
(And yes I know I could just make another one, but I’d rather get this one back if I can.)
