Friendly Warning
No it isn’t, but I suggest you to edit out that name as calling out players on the forums is forbidden. The proper way to report verbal abuse/griefing is by right clicking on said player’s name/portrait and selecting the “report” option.
“You can’t have more than 10 HS decks because that would confuse people”
“30 fps is more cinematic”
This kind of behavior is happening more and more everyday, all I can suggest is running dungeons/fractals anything that is time consuming with guildies or friends to prevent it. I was kicked at fractal 30 at jade maw , twice. Pairing up with strangers. They then whispered me that they wanted a guildie to get his daily.
Another suggestion brought up on another thread was to report the kicker for scamming, as it does cheat the victim on loot and such. I Just don’t get why Anet hasnt made it so new players can’t join once you hit a 50% completion mark, seems like the easy solution.
Another friendly warning .. do not afk in unsafe areas .. meaning out in fields that are out of reach of agro, but still near them … there’s been a rash of folks training mobs onto afk’ers so they can get their daily rez quota … one guy came back to find himself dead and naked, lol. Not nice.

That might solve that issue or simply push the time for kicking earlier. However, it could leave people stranded, unable to finish the last boss if more than one, or in some cases even one, player got disconnected or suddenly left. That is not right either.
Oh the behaviour of some people these days… Luckily we can get some kind of liability for chronic lack of empathy through guilds.
Balthazar runes are broken.
Sorry to hear you are having some bad behavioral problems from fellow players. Id recommend finding a nice big pve guild to join and run dungeons with. You might need to go through some nasty ones first before you find one you will want to stick with. I found one myself that has a awesome community with a mix of casual and hardcore players as well as the pvp/wvwvers. Just gotta hunt down a good guild, and your playing exp will be awesome
