I’ve been running full Berserker gear since I hit 80 and am in love with the DPS, I run mostly sword + warhorn and longbow and switch to greatsword when the situation calls for it. My crit rate with fury is 80% and Ive been wondering if running full assassins is better DPS. I run with spirits as well and prefer PVE, I have no interest in PvP or WvW, any suggestions or experience is greatly appreciated

Berserker is higher dps than assassins

With spotter you get 7% more crit rate, and I’m not sure which runes you are using but ranger’s rune is great for the precision+ferocity+the bonus damage.
Also search for lvl 60 foods that gives precision, like the Minotaur Steak, it gives 60 precision and 50 ferocity and cost under 2s

Assassin stat has a better chance of procs which may be useful if your class has a large number of useful on-crit proc effects, like the engineer or mesmer. Ranger does not have anything particularly great, and on top of that their easy access to Fury + Spotter means they will typically be running up very close to the crit chance cap.
