What does this setting in options enhance or decrease? I don’t notice any difference whether it’s low or high

The description says things such as cloth and water. I think the way they move, etc.

On Medium and High it adds more details to portal effects and 3d slightly wavy water, but other then that ya I don’t notice a difference.

I see it says something about cloth but cloth still looks the same to me on all 3 settings. The banners in hoelbrak move around just as much on low or high.
