It seems that the GW2 armor gallery is no longer loading.

In addition, the sticky at the top of this forum now seems to contain no posts. Any idea what’s going on? I love that site.

Thanks for the link. I’ve seen that site too, and the larger image size is nice, but it is missing all the lower level crafted and looted armor skins.

Yup, seems it has been down for at least a few days.
First thought the site was down for maintenance/up-date, but now looks more permanent.

Awesome, thank you! I love the contrasting color option and being able to see all the items that have the skin as well as the in game links. This my new favorite armor site.

I’d go post on their site for assistance, but…well…

Anyone know these (fellas/gals/blokes/hooligans) that could float them a wiggle (who talks like that?) and see if they don’t have the bandwidth to research why some of us see them and some of us don’t?

I can access the link in the OP and in the sticky, and I can get also to the site if I type the address in the address bar of my browser. However, I can’t find the site if I try to do a Google search. Weird . . .

I think they were just renewing the site. It got new look now

That’s fine, and has a lot of detail, but it doesn’t have the ability to really look at zoomed in pictures to see more detail. I’m more inclined to use this even though it’s older and not as complete.

It would be nice to know one way or the other whether the other site is gone, and if it is, maybe they ought to get rid of that sticky?

Someone else mentioned they are updating the site? What is the source of that information?

24+ hours seems a bit drastic for some DNS server syncing, if that is the case? Though I’m actually getting a ‘403 Forbidden’ error at this point.

I’ve linked the Argos site in my guld’s Useful GW2 Links section. We’re not huge, but I bet you will see a lot of hits from us since we drool over armor pics.

I still get a ‘forbidden’ message hitting that site, but Argo’s does nicely as a replacement, thanks!

(although, just for the help, could you put a key for all the little symbols? I can get most of them, but I’d rather not guess )

This is a well made, and helpful site, thank you.
The only think it’s lacking though is a key for what the symbols mean next to the armor. Some of them I can figure out like trading post, and glory points, but others aren’t so clear.
It’d be nice to have some kind of key.
