Has anyone else had issues with the game automatically attacking and interacting with enemies/npcs/objects around them? I’ll be running around and suddenly find my character throwing lightning at the moa nearby. I was most aggravating when I tried to sneak by a pack of ice elementals to get some silver only to suddenly find myself throwing a fireball right into the middle and pulling them all down on top of me.

I don’t think that it’s my hardware since I’ve never seen keypresses randomly appear in any other program on my computer and I haven’t had issues with random mouse clicks either.

I turned of double click to interact/attack in the options so I don’t think it’s that either.

Happens to me. Sometimes when I switch to my Staff to use Symbol of Swiftness, my char start auto attacking mobs and no, there’s no mobs that walk on my symbol.

What I think I’ve noticed is that if you have a mob targetted and that you use a buff, auto attack will trigger. Not sure though, but it’s what I think atm.

I think if you have auto attack on, forgot to toggle it off after killing something and target something else, the toggle is still “on.” Just make sure to hit ESC and that should stop any auto attacking.

Though, I do still randomly start spinning in place and only ALT-tabbing fixes that.

I wonder if it also autoattacks when swapping elements. That could explain it in part. Still don’t understand why I’m interacting with NPCs when I turned off double-click to interact and my hand is nowhere near the f key.
