Gaming Fellowship
I am 100% with you .. I have been bouncing from game to game (around real life of course) basically trying to re-create what diablo 2 was for me. Quite honestly it was the friends and gameplay that brought it all together. I am hoping to find the same thing in guild wars. I am brand new, learning everything from scratch, though spending countless hours on other mmo’s should make that curve easy.
Feel free to add me in game, I rather play with consistent people than randoms all the time. Guild wars does a good job at bringing everyone together with the core engine but there’s nothing better than setting a goal with some buds and reaching it.
Same here!
I’ve joined a few guilds to see but not found a ‘home’ yet. Generally people are helpful as the game works coorperatively instead of competitively all the time.
Think the key is to find a ‘newbie’ server. My ‘loneliness’ is mainly finding I’m on my own most of the time through the vast areas of the map. Majority of max-level players are gathered in the hubs like LA or around dungeons.
It would be nice for a bunch of relatively new(or returning players) helping each other where you dont feel like you’re a burden to everyone all the time asking for help.
Ranger (80), Mesmer (80), Warr (40), Ele (29)
I’m not really new but I enjoy helping new players getting into the game quite a lot. But since most groups for dungeons are always ‘lvl 80 only’ or ‘experienced only’ I feel like newbies are rejected everywhere. I still have 5 characters to level, so any of you guys are on NA and you have question or need help with something, you can message me ingame.
I appreciate all of the replies, If anybody else is looking for something like this please let me know. Currently doing any end game stuff and looking for someone to lvl a character with.
