I’m trying to purchase some gems but i have been getting an error all day? Is this for everyone or do i need to do something so i can purchase these gems? You guys really need a market else where other than in game like on amazon or the website.

What method were you using to purchase the gems? Credit card, paypal or…whatever the 3rd one is? How far through the process do you get the error message? And what does it say?

I don’t buy gems often, luckily the last time was quite recent though so I think I remember it. You shouldn’t have to do anything complicated, just select the amount and payment method, put your details in and confirm it. I always forget to click the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ box but it turns the message red so it’s fairly obvious.

I can’t use paypal, but that’s because of issues with my paypal account not being set up properly which I’ve never gotten around to fixing, so it’s not specific to the gem store.

And if all else fails you can buy gem cards. Amazon sells them and some real-life stores too, I think there’s a list of them all somewhere.
