So I bought one of the art armors… so when i apply how can i use it again without having to buy it over again… or do i just have to wait for the right time to use it?

Never bought one myself but I assume you can reuse their looks by buying transmutation stones.

Only the first application is included, after that you need to use transmutation stones to transfer the look over to other armor pieces.

This is why I won’t buy any of the armor skins from the GW2 store, because IMHO they’re just not good value. In GW1 costumes were nearly the same price (cheaper even if you bought them in bundles) and they were infinitely reuseable on multiple characters simultaneously and didn’t require bank space to store since you could delete and recreate them as much as you wanted. While I know it’s not the same game, it’s still run by the same companies and they purposely chose to go with a costume system that is less convenient for the player and requires them to spend more time/effort to reuse what they already purchased – I hate sneaky business practices like that, so it really puts me off spending any money on fluff this time around (despite buying a lot of this stuff in GW1).
