Quick question:

The Crystal Arbiter Outfit isn’t available for purchase at the moment.
Is this because you can’t buy it anymore?
Or does it will become available again in the future.

It’s gone because they removed it from the store, which means you cannot buy it. A lot of gem store items get removed now and then; many of them do come back, but not always or often. The rule of thumb is to buy something you like during the first week it is on the store, if you can. Or accept that you might miss the chance to have it.

In addition, if you are a cheapskate (like myself), then try to convert some gold to gems whenever the rate is ‘low’ — it tends to go up to 20-22g per 100 gems when a popular item returns (or first comes out), so I try to buy gems when the rate is below 17g.
