I’m interested in buying the quaggan backpack from the gem store, but my question is, do all your characters get it, or is it just the one character you buy it from?

Whichever character you choose to accept the mail from. It’s one per character.

You only get one backpack that you can use on only one character.

What you get is a container (like a lootbag from a foe). This container is accountbound. so you can put it in the bank and leave it there till you know wich character you want to get the backpack for.

When you double click it you get two items on that character that are soulbound.
a: a backspine without any stats (for if you don’t have a backitem yet)
b: a backpack skin.
Both are soulbound. So after opening it you can’t change it to a different character anymore.

What you then do is to check if your character has a backitem. If so you apply the skin to the backitem you have allready (need to take it off first you cant do it from your inventory). otherwise you applie it to the statless item.

You can always use a transformationstone to put the skin on a backitem with better stats later on.
