Can anyone tell me a cheap method with either gold or karma I can get from 125 to around 200 or 250% magic find? I’ve been salvaging every single item now for over a year and I’m no where close.was curious if there is a good particular way to get it up fast

Buy ectos, salvage them, eat the luck and sell the dust I believe is the cheapest way to get Essence of Luck but you need a ton of it to go from 125 to 200, over 1.1 million EoL. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,500 ectos.

Luck is a long term benefit, attempting to shortcut it like short cutting everything designed to be a long term goal will cost you plenty.
