I put up an offer for 80 gold for the Gift of Souls, this item has no “buy out” offers and it’s not something that is generally sold or bought. It would be a huge help if anyone who has a Gift of Knowledge or 500 tokens from Crucible of Eternity in their bank could craft me a Gift of Souls, I am offering a little more than the price of materials for the extra tokens it uses. Most all the “Gifts of <insert yours here>” are account bound after creation. Part of encouraging your own work on the parts, I would guess. This is probably why you have been unsuccessful purchasing.

Yeah, stuff like that you can’t buy. You’re going to have to make the gift yourself in the forge.

It isn’t account bound, the Gift of Knowledge which costs 500 tokens from Crucible of Eternity is. It’s just one ingredient in the Gift of Souls.
