Are these applying the condition duration properly now? and would a mainhand + offhand result in +20% condition duration or would that not stack?
not sure about whether they are working or not (i’d assume so as I can’t find any statements about it being bugged anymore) and it should stack to 20% with mainhand + offhand
Yep, using 2 Giver’s pistols right now on my Engineer, and I can confirm that these give +20% Condition Duration. The March patch fixed the bug with that attribute.
