I read about it, but don’t know what it is. In my 400 hours of playing I never come across something like it, my question is:
what the ghell are givers weapons?

lordkrall is right, but I’d like to add something.
Those stat constellations have been introduced during the winter event. And until now they’re still only available from crafting those recipes.
Givers armors give boon duration instead of condition duration.

They are a kind of weapon with special stats (Condition duration, Vitality and Precision I believe) whose recipes were available during Wintersday.
