Whats the chat command to message to every?

You can use /m to talk to everyone on the map, /s to someone local. Go here for more info

With all the people in game, be thankful there IS no global chat. About the closest is /map chat … good for mega-events.

there doesn’t appear to be one. The widest audience you can chat to is /map. This will send your chat message out to everyone on the map/zone you are currently in. /say is for your immediate area.
