So… I sent 200 gold to a friend, he sent it back (he wanted the title) it worked perfectly. I send it to another friend (irl friend that i live close to). Hes account is new, and he can’t send it back due to some kind of supression. Is this a banable offense? Will he ever be able to give me the gold back? or else, 600+ hours of game time… Right in the bin xP.

well if you lose the money you only have yourself to blame – suppressions usually arent permanent (at least i dont think so)

New players are unable to send mail/items through mail.

You’ll need to wait until his account matures before he can send it back to you.

Are the 2 of you members of the same guild? If so, maybe he can put it in the guild vault and you pick it up. If the 2 of you are not members of the same guild and become one, there is a 72 hour wait before the new member can do this.

New accounts are restricted from sending gold through the mail (you can thank the gold sellers for this). I think you can do it by through the guild vault, but not positive.

I think new members to a guild can’t add to the guild vault… or take from it… one or both of the two. It took a friend of mine like 3 days to be old enough to do stuff with the guild vault.

I would be interested to know if this works, for future reference for others who have the same problem. If you could post, yes or no. And of it’s still limited, is it less or more then the emails, that would be great.

Use the guild bank if possible.

Mailing large amount of gold (apparently 200g is large enough for anet ._.) can get you banned.
Although it can be easily resolved through support, it is a pointless waste of time.

Do not send this much gold via in-game mail. This is a sign of gold selling.
