I am looking for a class which makes a lot of bleeding (other conditions ) very fast and effective. Can you help me? Thx

Ranger shortbow, shoot from back.
Necro is probably the best for applying conditions

A lot of bleeds can be done by several classes.
A lot of everything has fewer options. An asura(for more Confusion) engineer using P/P and Grenade Kit is probably the best fit for the requirements. You’ll be able to apply everything except Fear.
For a lot of bleeding stacks I use a thief. D/D and P/D.
Caltrops, stealth then pistol #1, death blossom all do quick bleeding stacks.

With the 5 point talent from firearms that causes bleeds, my Engi gets pretty bloody. That along with rocket kick (burns) and grasping roots is really good for burning down single targets quickly.
