Guild Wars 2

Hello all!
After having some difficulties with leveling my necro I would like to know which build is best for it.
I’m currently using dual-wield daggers; scepters DoTs don’t tick very good while staves damage skills have long cooldown.
For my traits I’m skilling on vitality for survivability and precision for nice crits.
My slot skills are “Signet of Spite”, “Signet of Locust”, “Signet of Undead” (for better team support) and as healing skill “Summon Blood Fiend”.
Please help me with improvements for my build or describe your own unique build.

Currently the build i’m running on my necromancer is giving me good results.
It bases around wells, with the trait in the curses line that allows me to ground target them. Stacked up together while using death shrouds life transfer allows me to take out a mob in seconds.

I use a staff and Axe + focus, giving me a lot of skills that involve keeping enemies in the wells with cripples and chills.
