can someone tell me if the below specification pc is good to run gw2 on every thing set on high and above 60 fps in meta boss events or wvw zerk etc? just want to know if it will work,,,, i don’t know how to build computer,,,,, but i am tired of playing gw2 on mac, i am buying this mainly for my work but would be great if someone tell me if gw2 will run smoothly too ??

Easily you should get 60+ fps while doing anything.. But the problem with the meta events is that Guild Wars 2 itself is not that nicely optimized no matter how good your pc is.

I myself got i5 4670k, GTX 960, 8gb ram 1080p resolution and playing with all maxed except render sampling set on native, and all that gives me 60+ all the time except world bosses while all the effect spam and lotsa people running around.

For 60 fps at world bosses you actually need a CPU with 10 GHz or something like that ^^

You should be pretty fine. i7-3770, 16 GByte RAM and 670 here but I don’t get as smooth framerates as in, say, GTAV because GW2 is not quite optimized. Even in Metrica Province it ranges from 64 to 27, depending on far I can see.

But yeah, like others said, GW2 isn’t optimized that great but your hardware is pretty kitten good. Btw your Processor is quad-core not 1 core…
