I trying to get a good looking armor for my female human ele. I want something that is a like a long silk robe with metal framing around it is there any armor ingame similar to that or other good looking armors?

Check through http://argos-soft.net/GW2/ArmorGallery/ to see if there’s anything you like. You can select race and gender and armor weight. I usually select the little black and white checker box to color the armor in a way easiest to see details.

Dulfy also has galleries with in-game pics of the armor and some dyes applied.

I use the priory armor on my mesmer. I have it colored more as cloth but there are some parts of the top and bottom that could be colored for leather or metal. Also I have the shoulders invisible because I was going more for the scholarly look.

I’d suggest either the priory or seer set. But you could mix and match too.

Do you have another character who is in the priory? Or one who hasn’t chosen yet?

If you buy the armor on any character it will be unlocked in your wardrobe for all of them to use. Even if that character can’t wear light armor they can still buy it and unlock the skins.

My ele is my only chracter that have done the story farther than the tutorial. Thanks for the advice I never knew you could do that. Guess I’ll focus on my others character for a few days

The inquest armour is pretty close to what you want. Particularly the leggings

Inquest and whispers light sets are very nice. Mix and match.

Also, don’t forget your cultural armor. Norns in particular have really good cultural armor, but human isn’t very bad either.
