Green glow on player model border
What level do you have your graphics set to? With graphics set above a certain level, there is a green, yellow or red outline around all players and mobs. Below that it’s removed.
If you have graphics set on low, it might be just a graphics glitch related to that.
Except for the resolution and number of models I think? it’s all maxed, but idk it seemed different I thought it was maybe an iten idk, just a green glow around the player. If it was a glitch oh well, it looked cool at least
Can you post a screenshot? And another with your settings?
The only green full character outlining I know of is from the Post-Processing graphic setting, which also mentions in its tool-tip about enabling character outlines.

I get that outline on anything I target: Green for friendly, blue for party member, gold/brown for guild member, red for enemy. It’s much more subtle than in beta, as people complained greatly about its being so in-the-face, but it’s there to help you see which thing you have targeted.
I was walking around, gave up on that, and then other player appears with the same kind of glow, just this one was purple, I asked what it was and it was from the pistol “quip” so I’m pretty sure there’s other item fo the green one
so yea, it’s not the outline when you target someone, like the player is emitting a strong light, and it’s just like the quip one, just that its green
