Group condition damage explanation
for intensity they are just adding extra ticks of that players condition so the mob will take dmg more often, not sure how it works when the cap is reached at 25 stack though, nor do i really know about the duration stacking
If the 25 cap is reached, the top 25 tics from players with the top 25 condition damage out put, take precedence.
Poor craftsman blame their tools. Poor players blame their Engineer.
