Guild Wars 2

So I’m pretty much a group noob and I soloed to level 46 without issue. I haven’t really been interested in playing with others because of various communication and coordination issues (slowed slurred speech and slow typing ect.. and not wanting to slow anyone down with my bad coordination) Now I’m thinking it would be nice to do a dungeon or two. So, I have 2 questions:
Should I?
If so, what are the best ways to get/start a group?

The new LFG tool in the game (friendpanel) is very interesting for this.

I would strongly advice not to go to dungeons yet. There are two reasons for this.
a: it is significantly harder at lower levels, this comes because you don’t have all traits yet and you don’t have access to max armor and weapons. It is more advisable to wait till you are level 70 or above.
b: Even though it is possible at lower levels, your handicap and fear to be slowing things down might grow worse due to bad experience.

That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t advise you to get in a group. In dungeons it is very important to cooperate with each other. That doesn’t mean you need to talk much, but things like knowing to look where other players are and knowing when to heal them or rez them is very important. By joining forces for e.g. personal story instances you get used to this in a more relaxing environment.

If you need help in a zone just ask in map chat if someone is doing the zone and want to join you. People are very helpful you just have to ask. It is much easier to be 2 in leveling after 40
