I’ve been in it for a week physically. But my only issue now is that do I have to represent it?
You will only see the guild bank of the guild you represent. So you will need to switch back and forth and tell the officers of your current guild (if 100% rep) that you have a bank guild.
When you create your guild bank, it’ll say that you have to be in the guild for three days before using it. The game basically treats it as though you’re a new guild member, which means there’s a three day wait period after joining a guild before you can use the bank.
So, you just have to wait the three days. Repping doesn’t matter. Just make sure you rep your personal guild to access the bank.

Yup I know that, which is why it’s weird that I’m unable to access the bank.

Right. As you can see http://i.imgur.com/FvbnWt9.jpg it said it’s been 3 days since I made it. Which is why it’s weird. Guess I can wait till another reset to try.
I assume you have already checked, but is there any way the Ranks section got changed and the permissions to guild stash was unchecked.

Yeah, I’d wait until round reset just to see if it starts working over the next few hours. And I’d also check your rank permissions to make sure you didn’t somehow change something.
