Guild Wars 2

Hello all,
Can someone help clarify how much influence points a guild can earn through certain types of guild members’ activities? I read the thread on wiki but I just want to confirm.

1. Does fractal give influence pt?
2. If a member represented another guild when logged in, does my guild still get the influence point if that member represent us AFTER logging in?
3. Does members have to be in a party during events such as Jormag or Shatterer to gain “more” influence points or is it the same amount even though they are not in party?

1) Fractals do not give influences as far as I can recall.

2) I switch between my main guild and my personal guild and Ill get the log on bonus everyday of 10 points.

3) Still classed as events so no need for grouping, just being in area and representing as other guildies.
