Guild Newbie - Help
Here’s some information on Guild Missions: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_mission
Currently Influence can be exchanged for Favor by speaking with Ronald Lefleur in Guild Initiative Headquarters in Lion’s Arch (only if your guild has 10,000 influence or more).

Good luck.
From the first link cedo gave you: "Guild Mission Preference may be viewed or changed prior to mission reset time by a guild member with the “Mission Control” privilege by clicking the white cog near the top-center of the missions tab of your guild panel. It is fixed for the entire week." What this means is you want to take that action now, before reset, so that as of the next reset you only ever get PvE missions.
There are three main types you’ll get in the “Easy” category: Bounty, Rush, and Trek. Of these, Trek is the easiest if you have at least a couple of people who have all the Pact Tyria waypoints. You bring up Dulfy’s guide in another window (google Dulfy Guild Trek and it’s pretty much the top hit) so you can scan through the list of locations and get to them fast. One person can do multiple locations. There is a timer — 5 locations in 15 minutes. So really 2 people can very leisurely split the 5 spots and beat the timer. You go to the location as per the clue (Dulfy’s guide being super helpful in telling you just where to look) and stand on a glowing gold disk and press F. Soon as you see credit pop up, tell your guildies which one you’re going to next so there isn’t duplicate effort, and wp to it. Only people repping your guild can see and collect the targets.
Bounty is next easiest — odds are you will either have to find Poobadoo in Kessex or Triallian in Ebonhawke. Google Dulfy Guild Bounty to find a guide that shows the paths the targets follow, as you must track them down and kill them inside the time limit. However, other guilds may have them as a target as well and as long as at least one person repping your guild tags the kill, it counts. So they can be shared, and people call out in Map chat for help spotting them.
Rush will take the most learning. Here you go to the daily race spot, trigger the Rush, interact with the pole to become a creature, and run the course through all the hazards. You’ll need … 15? … completions even on Easy. However, if you can find a larger guild doing the Rush, you just need to launch the mission for your guild and get at least one repped person to the end. As long as 15 people finish in time, every participating guild gets credit. But learning the route through the paired flags and the creature skills and remembering when to ping to spot traps means you’ll be very lucky to one shot it your first time. It helps if there are non-transformed people killing mobs along the route.
Good luck!
