Guild Wars 2

I see you can queue up research politics Level 5 and it costs 20,000 influence to get it. But I don’t see that there is any benefit to doing so. I tried looking on the wiki and googling it but couldn’t find anything. Does anybody know if there is any benefit to researching it?

There will be more guild upgrades added when they do the big guild update patch in the distant future. That is where it will be nice to already have the level 5 done and ready for new upgrades.

So basically, it’s just future-proofing the guild upgrade system. If you have other upgrades to purchase, I would spend my influence there first.
