Guild Wars 2

I have created the first level Guild Stash, but not all my people can access it. Doesn’t matter what level they are some can and for no apparent reason others can’t. All are allowed in the ranks they are set, but go to the Guild bank rep and no stash has been created for some, yet it says the thing is in the guild upgrades as complete.

There’s no special requirements as long as the permissions are set right. Are some of your members getting told they are not in a guild? The guild system is still experiencing some issues at times. There’s a lot of info here in this thread
